These works of charity are funded by the generosity of parishioners through a quarterly collection for the Society which is taken at all Sunday Masses the third Sunday of the month and from the Poor Boxes located at the Church entrances.
Meetings: Third Wednesday of each month at 6:00pm in the Convent.
For Assistance, please contact the St. Vincent dePaul Society at 609.835.7757
Vegetable Soup Club:
The Vegetable Soup Club is a parish organization to assist those who often go without the most basic of human necessities in life, food. Each month dedicated members of our parish make soup in their own homes and that soup is donated to Catholic Charities. From Catholic Charities this soup is distributed to those who are in need.
Women of Faith:
The Women of Faith are a small group of women dedicated to meeting the needs of others by providing, on an annual basis, food and clothing to those in need. Each member contributes monthly non-perishable food items and by those efforts we are able to make a substantial contribution to Catholic Charities Food Pantry. The Women of Faith also provides new winter coats, hats and gloves to young children from local day centers and participates in the Christmas Wishing Tree Project. The Women of Faith work collaboratively with one another in prayerfulness, peace and harmony to bring about our goals.
Meetings: The Women of Faith meet on the last Friday of the month.
